Aqua Cove
Aqua Cove underwent an extensive interior design renovation, amounting to a total expenditure of $52,191.38. The scope of the renovation included the removal of the dining room wall, which created a seamless transition into the kitchen. The dining room also underwent a transformation, which involved the removal of all wallpaper, application of Sherwin Williams' Rhythmic Blue paint on the walls, and replacement of the trim with a 5 1/2-inch size trim.
The kitchen, on the other hand, was upgraded with Allurio Pomapaii quartz countertops and new appliances, including a refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher. A breakfast bar was also added, featuring the same quartz countertop, which provides additional dining and seating space.
The living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and hallway received an overhaul with the installation of a waterproof grey vinyl floor, which creates a cohesive and contemporary look. The ceilings throughout the entire home were stripped of popcorn finish, and tray ceilings with recessed can lights were added. The new lighting fixtures, including a chandelier in the dining room, enhance the overall ambiance of the space.
Utility and closet doors were replaced, and new outlets and faceplates in white were installed for a streamlined look. A trim molding was also added under the breakfast bar, which adds depth and character to the space. Overall, the renovation at Aqua Cove transformed the space into a modern and stylish home.
