Online Application
Hello future tenants, this video is step by step instructions on how to submit an online application for one of our rental properties. It is very simple and fast, it shouldn't take you longer than 10 minutes. A few things to have prepared before you start is a copy of your drivers license, recent pay stubs, proof of income or tax returns. This will help ensure the process goes by faster if your application gets approved.
First step is to visit our website at choosegulfcoast.com and find the search rentals tab at the top. Click annual rentals and find the home of interest. Once you have found the home select apply off to the right (photo shown below). After that simply follow the prompts and your done.
**Please note the application fee is now $100.00 per person over the age of 18 that will be residing in the home. ** Payment will need to be made before submitting. If you have any further questions please feel free to reach out to us at 941.782.1559.
